ADMIN CLERK

Immediate Vacancy – Able to Start Work Immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and update company records in the system.
• Key in invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, and other documents.
• Maintain and organise filing systems, documents, and records.
• Check and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
• Prepare documents, reports, and other paperwork as required.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document filing.
• Assist in answering phone calls and handling enquiries.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM or above.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Knowledge of AutoCount is an added advantage.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel when required.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
