ADMIN CLERK (MALE)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative and clerical duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, and document management.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated and well-organized.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
• Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other administrative documents.
• Support coordination with internal departments and external parties when required.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Assist in company vehicle coordination, dispatch tasks, or outdoor duties when required.
• Support management with ad-hoc administrative assignments.
• Ensure office cleanliness and proper upkeep of administrative records.

Job Scope:

• Checking, notify & monitor payment for all vehicle summon
• Monitoring and checking fleet card (Shell Card)
• Monitoring Security Guard Team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
