Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Admin to support our Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with day-to-day administrative operations. In this role, you will manage safety documentation, handle accurate data entry, organize departmental files, and assist across different operational teams to ensure smooth workflow and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Safety and Health Officer (SHO) in data entry, record updating, and routine report preparation.
• Maintain an organized, systematic digital and physical filing system for safety, plant, or operational records.
• Coordinate documentation and provide cross-departmental administrative support as needed.
• Ensure all files, permits, and compliance records are updated and easily retrievable.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizen only.
• Minimum SPM qualification or higher.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Competent in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong documentation skills, high attention to detail, responsible, and capable of working independently.
• Prior administrative experience in Safety, Manufacturing, Plant, or Maintenance environments is a strong plus.
