About the role

This position is responsible for the process of input, checking, updating, processing, and archiving company data, particularly relating to automotive spare parts products, stock, purchases, sales, and other administrative data.

Key responsibilities

• Input spare parts product data into the company system/database
• Enter product code, product name, brand, type, price, and other information
• Input and update stock data
• Check data consistency between documents, systems, and actual conditions
• Process data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Create and update product database regularly
• Check for duplicate, incorrect, or incomplete data
• Categorize product data by category, brand, type, and product code
• Assist with processing incoming and outgoing goods data
• Assist with purchase and sales data administration

About you

• Maks. 31 thn
• Minimum education : SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Experience as Data Admin/Administration is a plus
• Fresh graduate
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented in data input and checking
• Good administration and filing capabilities
• Able to work with large amounts of data
• Able to work systematically and in an organized manner
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible for work and deadlines
