Administration Position.

Donaldson Mechanical is looking for a reliable and friendly person to join our team and fill our full-time admin position.

About us: We are a family-owned company based in Kojonup that provide mechanical services both locally and to mine sites. We work on equipment such as fixed plant, light & heavy vehicles, agricultural, civil & mining equipment.

The position will include:

• General administration duties
• Customer service, answering phones, emails, scanning, filing, booking in jobs, liaising with clients / suppliers, etc
• Ordering parts as required
• Data entry
• Invoicing Processing EFT payments Mail / Freight consignments etc
• Office supply ordering
• Completing required forms – e.g. mine site access forms etc Organising medicals and D & A’s.
• Organising flights to and from site.
• Ad-hoc duties

The successful candidate will:

• Be reliable and trustworthy
• Hold a friendly and professional customer service manner
• Have great attention to detail
• Hold great computer skills – outlook, word, myob & mechanic desk (not ess, but advantageous)
• Can work both independently and in a team environment
• Hold previous experience in an office position – not ess but advantageous
• Be available to work full time hours (8.30 – 4.30pm) or school hours will be considered for the right candidate.
