About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for customers and the key support person for our workshop team. This role involves a mix of customer service, scheduling, invoicing, and general admin duties.

Key responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries (phone, email, in‑person)
• Booking jobs and coordinating workflow with technicians
• Preparing invoices, quotes, and job cards
• Ordering parts and managing stock
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Supporting day‑to‑day operations in a busy workshop environment

About you

• Previous admin experience (automotive/trades experience an advantage)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills
• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
