Job Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming stock and check quantity against supplier invoices, delivery orders, or purchase orders.
• Record and update stock information accurately in the system.
• Assist in inventory control, stock checking, and stock movement tracking.
• Prepare and maintain proper filing of documents such as invoices, DO, PO, and receiving records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales floor, purchasing team, and suppliers when there are stock discrepancies.
• Report damaged, missing, wrong, or excess stock to the supervisor.
• Assist in stock count and inventory audit when required.
• Perform general administrative duties related to stock and inventory.

Job Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work carefully with numbers and documents.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate with team members and suppliers.
• Experience in stock receiving, inventory, admin, warehouse, or retail operation will be an advantage.
