About the role

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Admin to join our team at CS VICTORY SDN BHD in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. Key responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining office records, files and databases
• Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional manner
• Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documents
• Ensuring the office environment is well-organised and maintained
• Handling administrative tasks related to procurement, inventory and office supplies

About you

• Experience in an administrative role, preferably in Construction industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
