What they need
- Taking down of sales orders from customers
- Order processing - PO, DO, issuing of invoices
- Liaising with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Receive feedbacks/complaints and provide timely customer service
- Ability to manage multiple customer account
- Maintain good rapport with both new and existing clientele
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma qualification
- At least 2 years experience in order processing
- MNC environment, 5 days work week
