About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Admin to join the team at Vimax Trading Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. This is a full-time position based at our Taman Mas, Puchong office.

Job Requirements

• Language: (Mandarin speaking), Bahasa Melayu, English. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

-Possess Minimum Education Level SPM.

-FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY AS ON-THE-JOB TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

Job Responsibilities

-Respond quickly and efficiently to all upcoming sales orders by phone, fax and e-mail, and check stock availability and prices.

-Process sales order, delivery order, invoice and follow up payment with clients.

-Coordination and monitor for client's order, prepare Delivery Orders (DO) for deliveries and inform customers of shipment details.

-Handling/follow up with customers on sales support matters.

-Provide administrative support to sales team.

-Handle ad hoc task as assigned.
