About the role

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative and documentation tasks.
• Maintaining and updating office records and databases.
• Maintain and update employee records and related documents.
• Assist with Port Pass application, renewal and submission.
• Monitor company vehicle expiry dates, including vehicle permits, road tax, insurance and PUSPAKOM inspection.
• Maintain proper filing and records of customer documentation.
• Liaise with employees, customers, suppliers and relevant parties.
• Assist with forwarding-related administrative and documentation tasks when required.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an administrative or in a similar role

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF)

• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.

• Candidates with a valid KEK Cert is an advantage

• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping or forwarding-related documentation is an added advantage.

• Willing to learn and perform additional duties when required.
