📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily administrative and clerical duties
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and delivery documents
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Assist with data entry and updating company records
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents
• Monitor stock levels and maintain proper inventory records
• Receive, check and arrange incoming goods
• Prepare and issue stock according to requirements
• Conduct stock checking and stock count
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments
• Perform other administrative and store-related duties as assigned

📌 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous admin or storekeeping experience is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess own transport is an advantage
