About the role

Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support the operations of the office and steel fabrication plant. Manage document control, including the accurate filing, tracking, and retrieval of delivery orders, purchase orders, and project documentation. Assist with basic procurement tasks, such as coordinating with suppliers, requesting quotations. Act as a central point of contact to facilitate smooth communication between the production team, management, suppliers, and clients.

About you

• Diploma or SPM/O-Level in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Fluent in speaking and writing Chinese, English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic data management software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced industrial environment
