Key responsibilities

• Assist new riders with registration, documentation and the onboarding process.
• Verify rider information and required documents.
• Guide riders through the Bolt fleet registration and migration process.
• Follow up with applicants via LINE, phone and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate rider records and update daily onboarding trackers.
• Respond to basic rider enquiries and provide administrative support.
• Coordinate with the operations team to resolve onboarding issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and assist with other administrative tasks as required.

About you

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets, Google Forms and Microsoft Office.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Comfortable communicating with riders by phone, LINE and in person.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good command of Thai. Basic English is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with administrative or customer service experience are welcome.
