Job Description

• Managing foreign workers affairs

• Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls,

• Run errands as assigned, including but not limited to purchasing supplies, delivering documents, and handling external tasks as needed.

• Liaise with external vendors and service providers.

• Attend to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with internal departments on customer-related matters.

• Maintain customer records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions
