About the role

Responsibilities:

• Manage & process multi-platform online orders via ERP system
• Daily filing, inventory monitoring, stock checks & admin reporting
• Handle customer inquiries
• Track incoming/outgoing document dispatch
• Manage return refund

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of admin experience (Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• ERP Knowledge: Prior experience with ERP systems such as BigSeller, SiteGiant, is highly advantageous.
• Languages: Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to speak/write Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role might involves communicating and coordinating with suppliers from China

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm
