Designation: Admin Assistant

-Open/set up/closing the counter

-Download online payment – (M2U, OTC & CIMB)

-Attend to walk in customers & handle payments:

i. Cash

ii. Cheque

iii. Credit card

-Attend to complaints and fill up the complaint form by purchaser/customer

• Issue online payments

• Do monthly reconciliation for CIMB, M2U (Online banking)

• Prepare a credit card settlement

• Change cash into small change

• Pick up inbound and outbound call

• Every month do auto debit and issue receipt

• Every 4 months do new assignment for debt collector

• Key in debt (amount that debt collector will collect)

• Reply emails/Whatsapp (Customer service)

• Every 3 months do billing (Statement of Account)

• Counting commission every month for debt collector

• Do refund payment

Ad-Hoc Tasks

• Responsible to relieve site staffs if needed – Admin

• Any other ad hoc by Superior

Location: Pandan Jaya

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
