Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify them against the PO/DO.

• Create GRNs (Goods Received Notes) for new products and update the system accurately.

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.

• Prepare DOs, stock transfers, returns and other warehouse documents.

• Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.

• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or damaged goods.

• Prepare and issue quotations to customers.

• Process sales orders and verify order details.

• Prepare delivery orders and coordinate delivery arrangements.

• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.

• Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, finance and warehouse teams.

• Perform data entry, filing and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Prior experience in administration is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Able to learn and use inventory systems.
• Teamwork: Works well with colleagues across warehouse, purchasing, finance and sales.
• Detail-oriented: Accurate and careful with documents, records and stock figures.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Responsible, honest and willing to learn.
