Job Summary

You will handle daily invoicing, delivery coordination, customer communications, and administrative tasks to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Process daily invoicing and prepare delivery orders to ensure accurate and timely shipments

Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics teams to meet customer deadlines

Manage phone calls, messages from multiple platforms, and email queries to provide prompt responses

Greet and assist walk-in customers to address their needs and inquiries effectively

Respond to customer enquiries and arrange appointments or schedules as required

Perform administrative and ad hoc duties assigned by management to support business operations

Use MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create documents and manage communications

Apply basic Adobe Photoshop or Canva skills to assist with simple graphic tasks (preferred)

Demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, and a positive can-do attitude to work independently and collaboratively

Organize tasks and manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal English to maintain effective interactions

Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks and documentation

Adapt quickly to new tasks and start work on short notice as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Canva to support design-related tasks

Ability to work well within a team environment and contribute positively
