Admin Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of administrative support to the department manager including preparation of reports
• Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior level officers as needed
• Perform clerical duties, such as filing, faxing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
• Work with accounting department to process invoices, make payment and track receipts
• Assists in communication and coordination between departments and external parties
• Manage and route phone calls appropriately
• Handle and monitor all incoming and outgoing courier shipments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, qualification or relevant qualification
• Minimum 1 year of working in the related field
• Hands-on experience with MS Office (particularly MS Words and MS Excel)
• Familiar with office equipment, e.g printers
• Basic mathematic skills
• Required Language proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to facilitate communication with China suppliers and customers
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
