Admin Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing daily operations and maintenance activities for multiple facilities.
• Managing work order requests and ensuring timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance, including work orders, inspections, and service contracts.
• Coordinating and overseeing vendor relationships and contracts for facility services, such as cleaning, security, and landscaping.
• Managing and maintaining inventory of facility supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Assisting with the implementation of facility-related health and safety programs and incentives.
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to facility-related inquiries and concerns from employees and tenants.
• Assisting with the implementation of emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
• Providing administrative support to the facilities management team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports.
• Willing to work on site in Six Neo Building, BGC, Taguig City.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
