Admin Coordinator

We are hiring an Admin Coordinator in Thiruvananthapuram.

Responsibilities:

• Send welcome messages and company details to new leads.
• Assist with lead qualification calls and schedule site visits.
• Prepare and send quotations on time.
• Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
• Update and maintain CRM records using HelloLeads.
• Handle work orders and payment follow-ups.
• Respond to customer queries promptly.
• Collect customer ratings and reviews and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Good computer knowledge, including MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
• Well-organised with good follow-up and task management skills.
• Experience in solar, electrical, or project-based sales is an added advantage.
• Experience using CRM software is preferred.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
