Brief Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to facilitate communication between suppliers, factories, and customers, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and customers regarding delivery status.
• Prepare and issue sales and purchase orders and invoices, including debit and credit notes.
• Generate shipping instructions for international shipments.
• Conduct requests for quotations (RFQ) for new models and projects.
• Issue delivery notes, packing lists, and perform stock checks.
• Maintain updated records of purchase orders and monthly sales accounts.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder.
• Experience in coordination within the electronics manufacturing industry is an advantage.
