Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan SMA/S1.
- Min. pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang terkait.
- Memahami sistem marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok shop, dll.
- Mahir menggunakan Ms Office & Google Sheet.
- Memiliki kemampuan problem-solving, administratif dan organisasi yang baik.
- Mampu mengoperasikan basic Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop menjadi nilai tambah.
Jobdesk:
- Menangani pertanyaan, keluhan, dan permintaan pelanggan melalui chat, email, telepon atau tatap muka.
- Memberikan informasi produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan kepada pelanggan.
- Memproses pesanan, retur, dan pengembalian dana sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim warehouse dan produksi untuk memastikan pesanan terkirim tepat waktu.
- Memantau dan mengelola toko online di marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia. Termasuk orderan Whatsapp.
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas.

- Penempatan di Alam Sutera, Tangerang Selatan.
- Bersedia bekerja shift.
