ADMIN Cum ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, and receipts
• Assist in payment collection and update payment records
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
• Assist in simple data entry and basic accounting records
• Liaise with customers regarding billing and payment matters
• Perform general admin tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
• Support day-to-day office operations
• Handle phone calls, emails, and basic customer enquiries
• Coordinate with internal team and external parties
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Chines Speaking only. We are looking for Chinese-speaking candidates who will be serving Chinese-speaking clients.
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Basic knowledge of invoicing / accounting is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
