- To carry out day-to-day admin and account tasks
- Answering phone calls and replying to emails
- Performing data entry
- Ensure on-time and accuracy of key entry
- Maintain complete and proper filing of documentation
- Processing quotation/purchase order/delivery order/tax invoice
- Issuing payments to suppliers
- To assist in work pass matters
- Payroll for workers
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently
- Knowledge in MYOB is preferred
- Bilingual
- Min. Diploma or Degree in accounting or business field
