ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented Admin & Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling administrative tasks, documentation, basic accounting work and daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily office operations and general administrative tasks
• Manage documents, filing systems and data entry
• Prepare and manage invoices, bills and related documentation
• Assist in basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Handle payment records and assist with account-related matters
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Liaise with vendors, clients and internal departments
• Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned

About you

• Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Education: SPM & above
• Proven experience in admin or clerical roles is preferred
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software is required
• Proficient in Google Sheets
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
