About the role
We are an expanding e-commerce furniture company located in JB Austin. We are looking for an Admin and Customer Service Executive to support our daily operations and deliver excellent service to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly across various online platforms
- Process daily sales orders, handle data entry (key-in orders), and update system records accurately
- Coordinate, plan, and arrange delivery schedules and routing locations
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
About you
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and general computer operations
- Strong communication skills, proactive, and highly disciplined with strong execution capabilities
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
Benefits

- Performance-based year-end bonus
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Alternate Saturdays - one week working, one week off)
