- Assist in customer registration and payment collection.
- Maintain customer records and update the system accurately.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate with therapists and management to ensure smooth customer experiences.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding appointments and treatment progress.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and customer engagement activities.
