ADMIN CUM HR

1. Human Resource Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave applications, and HR documents.

Prepare employment letters, memos, warnings, and other HR-related documents.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and employment regulations.

Handle staff welfare, payroll support (attendance checking), allowances, and claims.

Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when needed.

Support in organizing company events, meetings, and staff engagement activities.

2. Administrative Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, filing, and documentation.

Handle phone calls, emails, inquiries, and correspondence professionally.

Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and administrative paperwork.

Maintain office supplies, stationery, and coordinate with suppliers for orders.

Assist in scheduling appointments, organizing calendars, and supporting management tasks.

Ensure the workplace environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Perform basic accounting support (invoicing, receipts, petty cash) if required.

3. General Responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality of all HR and company information.

Provide support to management and other departments as needed.

Ensure smooth workflow in both HR and administrative areas.

Follow company SOPs and uphold professionalism at all times.
