About the role

CITI TRENCHLESS SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated and versatile Admin Cum HR professional to join our team in Penampang, Sabah. This is a full-time position that combines administrative excellence with human resources support, making it a pivotal role in our operations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions whilst providing essential HR support across the organisation. This role is crucial to maintaining smooth operations and fostering a positive workplace culture within our company.

Key responsibilities

• Managing general administrative duties including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office records

• Supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation

• Coordinating employee attendance, leave applications, and payroll administration

• Preparing and distributing internal communications and HR-related notices

• Processing travel requests, expense claims, and other administrative paperwork

• Liaising with external parties and vendors as required

• Performing other duties as assigned by management

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally combining both office administration and HR support functions

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping

• Flexibility and willingness to support various departments across the organisation
