About the role

Armor Hardware Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team in Jalan Kapar, Ranrau Panjang,Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our retail operations and driving sales excellence across our hardware retail business. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales team, ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales staff, and management whilst maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and purchases across our hardware retail range
2. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
3. Maintaining product displays and ensuring the sales floor is well-organised, clean, and adequately stocked
4. Coordinating with inventory management to track stock levels and flag low-stock items
5. Providing product knowledge and technical information to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
6. Maintaining accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory movements
7. Supporting the coordination of delivery schedules and customer order fulfilment

What we're looking for

1. SPM ,High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further retail or business qualifications are advantageous
2. Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
4. Excellent numerical and administrative skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
6. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance and performance standards
7. Product knowledge or willingness to develop expertise in hardware products and tools
8. Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
