Admin Cum Logistics Assistant

Job Summary

This position primarily involves processing sales orders, maintaining records and filing, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing packaging, labeling, storage, and dispatch of goods, and supporting overall warehouse and logistics operations.

Primary Relationships

This position reports directly to the Administration Supervisor and Logistics Supervisor, and indirectly to the Warehouse Manager, and has primary working relationships with other members of the Warehouse team within the organization.

Job Descriptions

Admin

Process all sales orders in the warehouse

Update records and maintain proper filing system

To ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerised administration and automated storage and retrieval systems

Logistics

To measure and package goods according to required standards set out by the Company

To label and ensure labels are correctly affixed

To ensure workplace health, hygiene and safety requirements are met

To ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely packing and dispatch of goods

To assist in the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organise special requirements for certain stock, such as fragile products

To assist in other warehousing and/or logistic activities when necessary

Requirements

Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)

Prior experience working in a food processing factory would be a plus

Hardworking and responsible

Able to lift heavy loads up to 15kg

Flexible attitude and willingness to learn
