Admin cum Marketing Executive

Location: Taiping, Perak
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a responsible and creative Admin cum Marketing Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative work, filing, documentation and data entry

• Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media

• Manage company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram & TikTok

• Create and upload social media content, including photos, videos, Reels & TikTok . TIKTOK LIVE

• Assist in planning promotions, campaigns and marketing activities

• Basic poster/content creation using Canva or similar tools

• Take photos and videos for marketing purposes

• Monitor social media messages, comments and engagement

• Perform other admin and marketing duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
• Basic Canva / video editing skills will be an advantage
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is an advantage
• Creative, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays
