ADMIN CUM PAYROLL EXECUTIVE

a) Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.

b) Tracking payments from clients every month.

c) Handling cheque book / Uploading Online transaction

d) Prepare cheque from time to time if required

e) Prepare statement of account

f) Prepare claims

g) Prepare monthly contribution payment (EPF, Socso, Eis, Hrdf, Income Tax)

h) Prepare management salary, advance and SST payment.

i) Prepare payment for commission, agent claims.

j) All government agencies matters including license renewal

k) Other duties will assigned to you from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
