Admin cum Purchasing

• Responsible for purchasing, shipping, and administrative functions.
• Handle general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, answering incoming calls, scanning, copying, and filing.
• Source, negotiate, and close orders with suppliers, and expedite the delivery of materials.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents, tracking orders for import shipments, and liaising with freight forwarders and the warehouse to ensure timely delivery to customers, as well as provide updates on delivery status.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and daily operations, such as helping the manager prepare price quotes for customers, preparing delivery orders, invoices, and other documents required by the manager.
• Maintain an organized filing system to ensure traceability of documents.
• Possess a pleasant personality, be presentable, and interact well with people, as well as communicate effectively across different departments.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time, including ad-hoc tasks such as handling general sales inquiries.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Diploma, degree, or higher academic qualifications in a relevant field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Mature, honest, and trustworthy.
• Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fluency in Mandarin (both reading and speaking) is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
