Admin cum Sales Coordinator

Preferred Background: Any Engineering Degree

Candidate Requirement: Male candidates only. Minimum 3–4 years of relevant UAE experience is required. Only experienced candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the Engineering/Estimation team, ensuring alignment with BOQ, specifications, scope, and client requirements.

Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing, technical details, and timelines.

Ensure quotations clearly define scope, exclusions, terms, and conditions, avoiding scope gaps or under-quoting.

Follow up with clients on submitted quotations, negotiate when required, and monitor enquiry/conversion status.

Manage tender submissions, documentation, revisions, LPOs, and client communications.

Coordinate project handover and mobilization with the Operations team after order confirmation.

Monitor enquiries and emails continuously and ensure all client communications are attended to promptly.

Coordinate with Engineers, Estimators, and relevant departments whenever technical clarification or information is required.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure all official instructions, approvals, confirmations, and communications are properly recorded through email.

Identify and coordinate quotation variations arising from scope changes, site conditions, or client requirements, ensuring they are technically verified and commercially evaluated.

Ensure all quotation details, specifications, scope, and commercial terms are cross-checked before submission and execution to minimize errors and financial losses.

Escalate unresolved issues to Senior Management or the relevant department promptly and support effective coordination and problem-solving.
