ADMIN & CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Spectra Events & Love Birds Proposals are looking for a friendly, organized and responsible person to join our team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Respond to client messages and enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms.
• Answer questions about our services, packages and prices.
• Follow up with clients and help turn enquiries into bookings.
• Send quotations and relevant information to clients.
• Keep track of enquiries, clients and bookings.
• Communicate with clients and assist them with what they need.
• Help source vendors for weddings, proposals and events.
• Contact vendors to get prices, availability and other information.
• Follow up with vendors and help ensure bookings and arrangements are confirmed.
• Assist the events team with planning and coordination.
• Handle simple administrative and day-to-day tasks.

• Able to multitask
• Willing to learn
• Reliable and responsible
• Comfortable using basic computer applications

Previous experience is an advantage
