About the Assignment:

• Provide excellent service by processing registrations quickly and accurately

• Manage the service registration process and disputes arising from our merchant and stakeholder

• Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our merchant and stakeholder

Criteria (Mandatory):

• Min D3 any major with GPA 2,75 Min Fresh grad and max 2 year in data entry field

• Willing to work in the shifting schedule

• Have basic excel Skill: accuracy using MS Excel Typing skill with WPM 50 & Accuracy 90% - - Good analytical skill

• Clear Articulation and good communication in Bahasa Fast response, effective and efficient in working

• Able to work within dynamic environment Minimum able to speak basic English, however, MUST be able to write in English

Candidate will be passed if able to operate basic excel:

• Basic calculation

• Quick calculation with Autosum

• Simple data automation in cells Format numbers

• Create a table Using manual function Combine 2 columns or rows Familiar with Google sheet
