Admin Delivery

About the role

We are seeking an Admin Delivery to join PT Tigris Inovatif Solusi on a full-time basis in Tabanan, Bali. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our delivery operations, serving as the administrative backbone that ensures all logistics and delivery processes run efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, managing documentation, and providing critical support to the delivery team, making this position integral to our operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule delivery routes and timings to ensure efficient and timely order fulfilment
• Maintain accurate records of all delivery transactions, including invoices, receipts, and tracking documentation
• Communicate with delivery personnel regarding schedules, updates, and any changes to routes or orders
• Monitor delivery status and provide customers with tracking information and delivery confirmations
• Prepare and organise delivery documentation, including packing slips, manifests, and shipping labels
• Liaise between customers, warehouse staff, and delivery teams to resolve any delivery-related issues
• Input and maintain delivery data in company systems and databases
• Handle administrative enquiries from customers regarding delivery status and timings
• Support the logistics team with additional administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in administrative support, ideally within a delivery, logistics, or warehouse environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and experience with delivery management or logistics software
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and English
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams including drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
• Problem-solving mindset with the capability to address delivery challenges promptly
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service
• Experience with order processing, scheduling systems, or fleet management systems is advantageous
