What they need
Mengelola dan memonitor transaksi harian di DigiPOS (saldo/link aja, paket data, voucher, perdana) untuk area cluster
Memproses registrasi, update, dan validasi data outlet/mitra (ID outlet, nomor RS, lokasi)
Memproses alokasi dan distribusi stok saldo ke sales force/canvasser dan outlet
Menangani komplain outlet: transaksi gagal, saldo tidak masuk, akun terblokir, reset PIN, lalu eskalasi ke tim terkait
Rekonsiliasi transaksi harian antara sistem, setoran sales, dan laporan finance
Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan (sell-in, sell-out, outlet aktif, produktivitas sales)
Koordinasi dengan supervisor, sales force, dan pihak principal di cluster
