ADMIN (DOCUMENTATION & LICENSING)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle phone call and email inquiries from customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure timely renewal of company licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals.
• Maintain compliance records and tracking system.
• Prepare and verify vessel documentation for sailing and operations.
• Ensure all documents are accurate and compliant before vessel loading and sailing.
• Perform or verify cargo calculations and sounding measurements.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance.
• Complete and submit voyage closing documents within deadlines.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner
• Perform other administrative duties to support other department as assigned

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in documentation and licensing is an advantage.
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred
