About the role

Key responsibilities
- Respond to chat, questions, and complaints from buyers in a friendly and responsive manner
- Process orders from various platforms (such as Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) until ready for shipment
- Ensure product availability on store shelves is always accurate to prevent order cancellations
- Record sales data, create daily/monthly reports, and manage invoices
About you
- Education: minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an E-Commerce Admin
- Ability to operate computers (Word & Excel)
- Ability to manage Marketplace
- Able to handle customer complaints
