At Istevin Champions, we believe a great learning centre needs more than great coaches. It also needs an organised, welcoming and dependable team behind the scenes.

We are looking for an Admin who enjoys communicating with people, keeping things organised and helping create a positive experience for our students and parents.

Your Role

You will play an important part in the daily operations of our centre and serve as one of the key contact persons for parents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling parent enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls and walk-ins
• Coordinating student assessments, class schedules and replacement lessons
• Maintaining accurate student records, attendance and documentation
• Preparing enrolment documents and supporting payment follow-ups
• Organising teaching materials and administrative resources
• Keeping the reception and office environment organised and presentable
• Supporting the team with general centre operations and administrative matters

Good English proficiency will be an added advantage.

• Organised, responsible and attentive to details
• Patient and comfortable interacting with children
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
• Professional in communication and appearance
• Willing to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and AI tools
