Admin Entry-Level Position

About the role

You will work closely with our management and administration team, assisting with the day-to-day operations of our NDIS business. Training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries
• Assist with emails and general correspondence
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Filing and organising documents
• Assisting with participant records and service agreements
• Assisting with staff timesheets and rostering
• Assisting with invoices and basic administration
• Supporting participant and staff onboarding
• Assisting with NDIS administration and compliance documentation
• General office administration and support

About you

• Reliable, punctual and enthusiastic
• Willing to learn and develop new skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Friendly and professional
• A good communicator
• Comfortable using computers
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Interested in the NDIS and disability services sector
• Must have a current Australian driver's licence
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle
