Admin Exec At Tuition Centre

About the role

We're looking for a friendly, organised and service-oriented individual to be one of the key faces of Matt's Education. You'll be at the heart of our centre experience — welcoming students and parents, managing enrolments and enquiries, and ensuring that the centre runs smoothly each day.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome students and parents and manage front desk enquiries, registrations and enrolments
• Respond to parent enquiries and follow-ups in a warm, professional and timely manner
• Manage class schedules, student records and administrative matters
• Handle enrolment-related payments, refunds and payment records
• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre
• Coordinate with teachers to ensure classes and student matters run smoothly
• Assist with preparation and organisation of learning materials
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised and positive centre environment

About you

• Friendly, approachable and service-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable communicating with parents and students
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable with basic administrative and Microsoft Office tasks
• Able to work 4 weekdays + 1 weekend on a permanent basis
