Admin Executive (5 months' contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities

• Prepare invoices, SOA and payment vouchers as well as follow up on outstanding payments and update collection records

• Reconcile bank statements and accounts

• Post photos in Carousell, Facebook and Google

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Details:

• 5.5 days' work week (9.30am to 6.30pm from Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 1.30pm on Saturday)

• Location is in Ubi (The nearest MRT station is Macpherson)

• Industry is car workshop

• Use AutoCount software (Guidance will be provided)

Requirements:

• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong attention to details and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
