We are looking for an energetic, organised

Admin Assistant

to support daily operations, event logistics, and member management across two Scout Unit Areas. Individuals with a relevant administrative background, internship, or project experience are welcome to apply!

What You’ll Do

Operations & Frontline Support:
Manage daily admin across two Areas, handle public enquiries via calls & email, distribute circulars/notices, maintain inventory, and submit monthly reports.

Programs & Events:
Coordinate applications, fundraising materials, and administrative logistics for Area and National-level outdoor events and courses.

Finance & Vendor Management:
Source vendors, raise quotations, prepare payment/claim documents, and track expenses against approved budgets.

Member Database:
Maintain records and assist members with troubleshooting on our Membership Data Management System (MSDS).

What We’re Looking For

Diploma or equivalent qualification; 2 years’ experience in admin or operations (including internships/projects) preferred.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

Strong written/spoken English, detail-oriented, proactive and team-focused.

Able to commit to the full duration of the contract till end Feb 2027.

An interest in outdoor activities or youth programs is a huge plus!
