Admin Executive - Asset Management

The Role
We're seeking a meticulous and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.' in our KL Eco City office in Kuala Lumpur. As the Admin Executive - Asset Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, monitor, and maintain the company's asset ledger in a timely manner.
• Oversee daily asset usage, allocation, storage, resale, and disposal for both the Headquarters and BTC offices to reduce maintenance costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage and update asset records, ensuring accurate status and location tracking.
• Conduct monthly and annual asset inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with fixed asset management policies and monitor nationwide asset management processes and standards.

What We're Looking For

• Must possess at least Diploma or higher education qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with some physical tasks.
• Knowledge of asset management best practices and procedures.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.
