ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident and well-organized “Admin Executive” to oversee day-to-day administrative operations across our real estate projects and office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of office and project sites.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely execution of services.

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure maintenance and operational standards.

• Supervise housekeeping and support staff, including attendance, work allocation, and performance.

• Maintain administrative records, reports, and MIS using MS Excel.

• Monitor office/site requirements, inventory/stationery, and maintenance activities.

• Handle administrative issues proactively and ensure timely resolution.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong coordination and vendor management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Site administration and staff supervision experience.

• Ability to independently handle multiple responsibilities.

• Well-organized, proactive and confident.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
